In the News Dr. Benjamin Dewayne Branch appointed GIS and Data Curation Fellow, funded by the Sloan Foundation. His work involves advancing GIS capacity, data curation, profiling and spatial collaborations. James Burch completes his doctoral degree at Colorado Technical University (Doctorate of Management program) with a concentration in Homeland Security. His dissertation title was “Assessing the Viability of Creating a Domestic Intelligence Agency.” This completes his second degree in Homeland-Security Studies having obtained an MA from the United States Naval Postgraduate School (NPS).
