Mapping Human Behavior - Counterintelligence and Target Time Stamping

A principle element of effective counterintelligence (CI) is the capability of our system to detect an intruder/attack. Generally, limited resources are lacking against a large target, but from inside a system, one may understand what an adversary is doing before they implement action. This will provide necessary time to move from a defensive to aggressive counterintelligence response. We are making significant inroads for success in this developing and challenging area.

TINMORE INSTITUTE can combine both numerical and categorical data to:

  1. Establish connective relations of varied type of information;
  2. Determine interdependences and fill knowledge gaps for CI;
  3. Use both quantitative and categorical data to interpret relations; and
  4. Assign value(s) to targets and use CI data as categorical data to predict the most likely targets and outcomes

Coupled with our unique and significant ability to map human behavior, we can identify the most likely time of an attack. With improved processes and coupling with network analysis tools and counterintelligence information, we can assist in the most efficient allocation/re-allocation of resources.

CI can effectively drive change to: (1) strengthen our competitive/security position with an existing product; and (2) discover new uses and investigate private sector market and create new products. We can achieve better resource allocation through:

  • Establishing metrics - measurable objectives, i.e., ROI,
  • Understanding and meeting senior management needs,
  • Improving and building a strategic internal position for CI,
  • Achieve Success.
